I've only used my simple wishes bra a few times but each time I've taken it off because my output sucks with it. When I take it off the milk flows great. What am I doing wrong ??

Hmmm, have you adjusted it? Maybe it is too tight or maybe you don't need the extra zipper piece in the middle?

I would check on the fit. I used the same hands free bra and actually had better output since it held up the horns better than I could just using my hands. Plus I was less stressed since I had my hands free during pumping. Make sure it's a tight fit.

I have noticed you have to have the shields just right or it doesn't work right either. I put the bra on, then unzip to put the shields on, make sure the nipple is right in the middle.

I make sure my nipple is right in the center and the fit on the bra is tight. After the milk stops, I press the flanges on my breasts to get more and I massage them too.

I've never had a problem...I massage towards he end about once a day to make sure I'm fully empty. Sorry it's not working well so far!

@coacheswife123: I was thinking about while I was pumping today! I have Medela bra and it has quite a bit of give...not super tight around me...although it has definitely stretched out.

I thought this too at one point and just had to make it a bit tighter. I also actually find it helps me increase output because I can massage a lot more effectively than if my hands were tied up holding the flanges in place, and I'm too large chested to hold both with one hand/massage with the other. I get the most milk if I can massage both breasts at the same time.

That's so weird, bc I was just thinking how much more I get when I use my hands free bra.
