My breasts are only kind of big, but my sister has very large breasts and used the Simple Wishes hands free (http://www.amazon.com/Simple-Wishes-Hands-Free-Breastpump-XS-L/dp/B00295MQLU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1401131597&sr=8-1&keywords=simple+wishes+hands-free+breastpump+bra) and loved it. She had originally bought a Medela one and returned it immediately. She used it for a full year, and passed it on to me, and it's still in great shape. The back is adjustable velcro. She was a G, I think, before pregnancy, and had the size XS-M.

@Bookish: same! I wore nursing bras to work and would put the Simple Wishes bra over it to pump.

I was an F/G cup size when I got my Simple Wishes bra. I got the larger size and I had to keep it on the smallest setting and actually wished I'd gotten the smaller size....it will definitely work.
