That's very interesting. I just read about it on their website - I question the accuracy and the risk of user error. Also, while I am a big believer that knowledge is power, I think this information alone cannot necessarily tell you the complete picture. For instance, sperm analysis is more than just quantity of sperm - it's also motility, morphology, etc.

I agree that it could encourage some to get help earlier, but couldn't it encourage some to keep putting it off?

I can only assume this sort of product would make RE's crazy. I'm sure they have a million women running in freaking out that they've been trying for one whole month and they still aren't pregnant and the test says they are infertile!!! Thus keeping the REs from meeting with patients who really need their help.
