So after our visit with the RE today, it looks like IVF with ICSI (where they inject the sperm into the egg) is going to be our best bet for getting pregnant. DH has very low morphology (<0.5%) and I have a tubal issue on the right side, so even IUI with drugs only give us a 12-15% chance of pregnancy within a given cycle. IVF on the other hand gives us a 45% chance within a given cycle. So it looks like that's the road we are headed down. With only a 2% chance of getting pregnant without intervention, I'm glad we at least know where we stand now and can make some real decisions rather than just seeing BFN after BFN every month and wondering what was going on.

Anyone have any advice or IVF stories they can share? Did you have to try more than one cycle? Did you freeze embryos in case the first cycle didn't take?
