What are your go to protein packed snacks? I do ok preparing the main meals but I really struggle to find snacks that are healthy and filling. I don't love snacking on raw nuts but can do nut butters. Before starting the diet, my go to snacks were yogurt and cheese. Obviously those are now out.

Also, I miss eating out. Like, really miss it. I love takeout! But now it just seems like too much work researching allergen menus (or relying on the chef to prepare something soy/dairy free). Anyone have tips for the occasional takeout or recommendations for their favorite takeout while sticking to the MSPI diet?
