a friend just gave birth and asked me to bring some ice packs for her for her hemorrhoids from pushing for so long. I realized I have no idea where to buy them/what brand, etc!
I'm in Canada (Vancouver area), so recommendations for Canadian stores and brands available here would be appreciated!! THANK YOU hellobee!

I had the gel kind for postpartum. I bought them at shoppers in the first aid aisle!

When I came home I used whatever sports ice packs we had at home, but when I was in the hospital they somehow sliced open diapers at the front/top and put ice inside. She probably has plenty of those!

I was wondering why she asked, since I assumed the hospital would provide. but then I remembered that they didn't provide ice packs for my 2nd birth (different hospital than my first). we don't get a lot of extras at our hospitals here :). but then again, the whole shebang is 'free'.... so can't complain!

You can also fill a rubber glove with small ice bits and water. It, ahem, molds to your booty.
