This question is two fold. (fine, two and a half fold).

1. I have gotten probably 4-5 milk blisters since I've been breastfeeding over the past year. My LC/LLL leader says she has never heard of anyone having problems with recurrent ones.

2. I have two on one nipple that won't go away, and it is very painful to nurse with it. I've tried several times to get rid of them myself. They've been there about three weeks. The hospital LCs aren't able to do anything about it, and no one in my OB office will either. My MW told me to ask a dermatologist, but I am skeptical they will do anything either. I mean, they can't have much nipple experience??

2.5 I'm starting to get pain on the right side of the breast with the blisters. It's not mastitis, or a plug. I don't know if it's thrush??

I'm so frustrated no one will help me!
