Is there anyone else out there who works shift work ... Mainly nights who charts your BBT. I'm moving into cycle #3 and thought maybe I should start temping .... But I'm an RN and work 7p to 7a three to four days a week. I don't have a normal sleep cycle what so ever... Some days I only nap others sleep through the day while others I sleep at night. I would never be able to check my temp at the same time daily. Help please... I don't know how this would work out.. If it would even be accurate.
