I wouldn’t give them, although more for the sugar than the honey - I’d be surprised if there was much actual honey in them.

Things like honey nut cheerios and honey graham crackers should still be avoided.

I've read that the heat used to make Cheerios (or any other baked good) is not enough to kill potential botulism.

I didn't give them but that's because at that time we were told not to give them nuts yet.. I'd never have thought the honey was an issue!
