I was 1.5-2 the morning of my last doctor's appointment at 38w6d and went into labor almost 12 hours later. My water broke helping DD get ready for bed and baby was born the next morning.

4-5cm at 40+1 and I went in to labour at 40+5

Stuck at 3 or 4 for a good 2 weeks. Things progressed quicker with #1.

With my first, I was 0cm at just under 40 weeks and went into labor on my own at four days past due. With this one, I was 2cm from 39 weeks on and I had to be induced at 10 days past due.

With 1 no idea, I was 34 weeks and they tried to stop labor. Fail.
With DD, I was a 1 but was induced at 36 weeks and change because my water broke. Risk of infection if you don't deliver within 24 hours.

4-5cm at 37w for lo 2 and delivered 38w. Not sure how dilated I was prior to labor for lo1. I was 4cm after my water broke tho at 37w5d.

4 cm at 36+6 weeks with #3. Went into labor 38+1.

Was never checked with #2 but has her 38+6.

@travellingbee: oh no, sorry. I was at 2ish cm at 40 weeks too. (This practice wasn't big into doing cervical checks prior). And yeah, went in to be induced 10 days late, but was basically already in labor, and it went pretty fast still!

1cm when I was checked at 40+1, 2cm when I went to the hospital in labour at 40+2.

Things went very fast after that though; I went from 3-10 in 45 minutes! The Dr almost didn't make it in time.

I was only a 2-3 and not fully effaced less than 2h before LO2 was born at 38+4. Actually I was only a 4 30min before she was born. She came fast and furious
