Do you buy organic grapes and how do you clean them for your LO. Do you just rinse them under running water?

I don't have an LO, but I usually clean grapes by putting them in a small strainer and running them under the faucet, tossing the strainer around once in a while to make sure I get them all.

LO isn't eating solids yet, but I buy organic grapes for us and clean all produce with this: http://veggiewash.beaumontproducts.com/
It may seem nuts but once I found out that more people get food poisoning from fruits and veggies than meats, I got serious about cleaning everything!

I STILL peel them for her and cut them in half! I'm paranoid of choking! GAH!

I rinse them under cold water, then half them for my LO or eat them whole myself

I just rinse with water. She eats them whole.
I shop at Whole Foods and they rarely have organic grapes available. I've only seen them a handful of times.

@chopsuey119: Summer is organic grape season, so that's when you should see them in stores. The best deal for organic grapes is at Costco!
@Rubies: I'm paranoid about choking on grapes ever since I had one stuck in my throat three years ago and that freaked the heck outta me! Now I might be tempted to cut my LO's grapes in half forever! I would've never worried about it if it hadn't happened to me!
