I'm still waiting...but starting to think about how to keep my head straight during my next (real) TWW, after a FET (tentatively planned for late November).
I think last time I managed to stay calm and adequately distracted for the first week or so with work, rationalization, etc...and then started to lose my mind for the few days before my first test.
Can you share any tricks or tips you use for keeping yourself cool, calm, and collected after your IVF or FET cycle/transfer?
I have no advice, other than try not to test too early-- wait until you're pretty sure it will be a definite BFP or BFN, so you don't have extra days of torture wondering either way.
I may go ahead and do some acupuncture again, especially before...but maybe I'll look for a new practitioner. My current one is kind of strange...and seemed to not so subtly mistrust the whole IVF process (though she apparently has done some separate training in IF.).

by 7dp5dt, so if you have a late beta you can at least cut it down by testing then. If you really just don't want to test, then maybe try to find a big project at work or at home to take up a lot of your time so you can't really think about it.
