Welp, at almost exactly 7 months post partum I just got my period.

My kid has been noticeably harder to settle at night- she wakes up crying as soon as I take her off the breast (we co-bed after the first wake up), and has been nursing every 90-120 minutes all night long, plus I noticed yesterday that she added in at least one extra day time feeding. Seems like maybe my supply took a hit? How long does this last? Should I do anything about it?
