@californiadreams: yup it's such a pain in the butt. A lot of things can mess with absorption of different vitamins and spme things aid. It's so hard to get it right.

@Kbee: I'm only in the know because I've been on these boards so long. Between the wealth of knowledge here and the camaraderie it's a wonder anyone could figure this stuff out before the interwebs.

When TTC I drank green tea before ovulation (was concerned about LP length and it may help) but then I gave up green tea during TWW and while pregnant. I'm not a huge tea drinker though so really I was just drinking it to help with LP length - I think small amounts of green tea like a cup a day, not at same time as prenatal, is likely fine.
