We had formula on hand already and it was a good thing because we needed it right away since my milk had not come in.

9 months. We supplemented the first few weeks with a sample container that my friend gave us.

I followed Mrs. Bee's guide and got some of the ready to feed stuff pre-birth. I didn't know we would get free formula at the hospital or else I would not have bought my own. We fed DD formula in the first few days because I was sick and the doctor told me get some sleep!

In England, hospitals don't provide anything. We had to do formula very early on, so we bought formula in the first week.

LO is six months and EBF. I have two sample cans I got that I am thinking of giving to a food bank.

We've never bought any, and LO is 7.5 months old. I can't imagine my supply tanking enough at this point to need to ever buy any... Unless I get pregnant, maybe.

We got a few free cans in the mail but haven't even opened them since she is EBF. We use on of the cans as a door stop in her room because all the cute door stops I bought the dogs kept running off with thinking it was a toy :S

EBF. He will never have formula. Therefore, I won't be purchasing any.

Our pediatrician gave us a couple bottles of the ready-to-feed 2 oz bottles when L was just a few days old. She was having latch problems and we had to supplement for about 3 weeks. Since then, she's been EBF so we haven't had to buy any formula.
