With Charlie I pushed for 3 hours and ended up with a c-section. He was big, sunny-side up, at an angle and I wasn't progressing.
With Olive I pushed for about 40 minutes, but she was small!

2hours +!!!
They gave me WAY too much epidural so I could not feel anything down there! They even stopped it after a hour of pushing and a hour later I still could not feel anything.

I pushed for about 20 minutes. I guess I was lucky because after those 20 minutes I was exhausted! I couldn't imagine what it must be like to push for hours!

3 hours with no crowning at all! They put the vacuum in and he popped out 3 pushes later! His head was HUGE (99th percentile) so that explains it...

3 pushes. My OB was like, "Wait, wait, wait..." but Lala was only 6 lbs.

1 1/2 hours before they took me in for forceps. Her head was crooked and I have a heart condition and they didn't want me to strain my body for too long.

Under 30mins, but I was told to wait because my MW wasn't in the room yet. Baby S was sunny side up for a while, but turned before I started to push. Whew!
