After 10-15 seconds my first letdown is in full swing and i hit the letdown button on my PIS.
How long does it take for you to get your first letdown?

Maybe a minute? My goal is always to be able to hit the letdown button before it automatically switches at 2 minutes. And I feel like a failure if I haven't let down by then and have to press the button for more time.

About 10-20 seconds on my right side, up to a minute on my left. Damn lazy left side.
