I nurse Olive a good 20 minutes at bedtime (she's almost 14 months). She would keep going if I let her.
How long do you nurse your LO at bedtime and how old are they?

Baby girl is 8.5 months and I usually nurse her for 10-15 max somtime after dinner before bed. Sometimes I nurse her while DH is getting her bath ready then he finishes her bedtime routine and puts her down, though most of the time I nurse her after he gets her pj's on. I could probably cut that session down to 5-10 minutes, she doesn't eat much, it just calms her in time for bed.

15 minutes and she is out! She is 6 months.
when it is it bedtime though, she nurses for only 5 minutes at a time. She is very efficient.

30 minutes or so. He will just keep sucking if I let him. We co-sleep though, so he can pretty much stay on if he wants if I am willing to go to sleep at the same time as him.

LO is 13 months and nurses for about 10 minutes at bedtime. She's still nursing 5 times a day, though. I'd trade a nursing session or two for a longer bedtime session if she'd let me

Two hours! She's three weeks old and mostly comfort nursing I think.

About 10 to 15 mins. She is 5 months old and gets drowsy pretty quickly these days.

LO will nurse forever at night! But she usually takes a bottle for the last feeding before bed.
@travelgirl1: Yes, I would say that's comfort nursing. It's unlikely that she's getting anything past 30-45 minutes or so.

I miss those days.... We used to nurse 30 minutes before bedtime. I usually offer the weak side first which he'd basically fall asleep sucking for 20-25 minutes. Then I'd pull him off and he'd start crying a bit because he's still hungry and I offer the milky side. He'd finish his business within 6-7 minutes, and would pull off on his own and continue sleeping on my lap..... That was our routine for many many weeks...
Now (at 10 months) it is hard work to even offer him a bottle before bedtime.

LO is almost 13 months and nurses 3 times a day...her last nursing session is around 5:45...if she ate a lot for dinner she nurses 30 seconds to 1 minute...if she didn't eat a lot then she nurses for 4-5 minutes

E is almost 4 months and nurses anywhere from 15-60 minutes, depending on how tired he is to start. More nights than not he comfort nurses for a good while, but is such a light sleeper that I can't pull away without waking him up, so I just lie down with my phone or Kindle propped up near me and side-nurse him until he pulls off.

14 months, she nurses for 10-45 minutes. Usually until she's passed out asleep. Sometimes she'll keep nursing and not fall asleep, and I'll leave and she'll moan a bit while my husband snuggles her up and they both fall asleep. Usually just to sleep though.
