20 minutes. There's a second let down around the 18/19/20 minute area so I like to wait for that.

15 minutes. with charlie i would go longer since i was exclusively pumping, so 15-25 minutes. 25 minutes in my morning session because i would get so much (up to 12 ounces).

I pump for 15-20 minutes. 15 minutes used to be the magic number for some reason it takes way longer for my letdown to begin lately. I don't know if it's a pump issue or just my boobies.

10 minutes. I never like to pump too much in case she wants to feed soon after and them gets mad when the cupboards are bare.

5-10 minutes usually gets me two letdowns, 10-12 oz total.

15-20 minutes. It takes me a bit to get a letdown and sometimes I'll even get a third letdown towards the end of 20 minutes.

See, this is why I quit. I was pumping 45-60 minutes to get an oz if I was lucky. My body just doesn't like pumping past the oversupply stage.

I try to do 2-3 30 minute sessions a day and the rest are 15 minutes. I usually get 3-6 total ounces per pumping. I keep thinking that lactation cookies will help, but I have a feeling I'm mostly into them for the taste.
