Hi ladies,

I am hoping for some help and advice. My LO turned one last week (yay!) and I am trying to figure out the best plan for transitioning her off breastmilk and onto whole milk during the day.

I am a FT WOHM so I have been pumping since she was 12 weeks old. It is hard to believe. My original plan was to pump until christmas as we are traveling, and then transition to whole milk between christmas and new years when she will be home with DH.

I recently moved from a shared office to my own office, however, which makes the pumping logistics much simpler, and I have been second guessing this plan. I am fine continuing to nurse morning and evening, but thought I would be ready to stop day nursing and pumping by now.

Any advice? Anyone else been in this situation? I'd love to hear different perspectives to help me figure out what makes sense for us!
