BFing is going really well this time, and I'm so thankful. Baby boy is not quite 3 weeks old right now, and it still takes at least an hour to an hour and a half to feed him, with probably an average of 35-40 minutes of time actually nursing. To be fair, I seem to have an overactive letdown, so he latches and unlatches multiple times to couch, choke, cry for a second, etc. He also has to be burped multiple times since he takes in so much air latching and unlatching.

I know it's normal for feedings to take a lot longer when babies are tiny, but I'm curious when feedings start getting shorter. I'd love to hear an estimated timeline of how it went for your LO. For instance, at 2 months it was this many minutes, at 4 months, or whatever time frames you happen to recall a rough estimate of how long feedings were.
