My 4.5 year old sleeps 10.5 hours (11 if we are lucky) at night. No naps, except the rare car nap if we are in the car for a long time. He's always been on the lower end of sleep needs. How much does your 4 year old currently sleep?

I think my 4 year old sleeps less than that. He only takes naps while we are in the car or on the days that he goes to school. We have always struggled to get him to go to sleep at night since I weaned him.

My 4 year old typically sleeps 11.5 hours a night, fairly consistently, but no naps. She's always been on the high needs side.

10 hours at night (if we are lucky) and 1 hour nap on a good day. She needs to go to bed an hour earlier than she does but she's a queen bee fighter on bedtime, the process is a good hour long.

About 10 hours at night, if he goes to bed at a decent hour. 1 hour nap at daycare.

11ish (8p-7a) on the days I wake her up for preschool. Left to sleep in, she'll get closer to 11.5-12ish. No naps unless she is sick!
I've been trying to get her down earlier (730 or so) during the week, but it's hard when DH gets home after dinner. If he gets home early or isn't coming home til after bedtime, I can usually make it happen

11.5 hours is average. During the week 7:30pm-7:00am. We let her sleep in on the weekend (usually sleeps until 7:30/8:00)
ETA: she's 4 years 11 months but this has been her sleep pattern for the past year

10-11 hours. She always wakes up between 6:30 and 7 no matter when she goes to sleep though; she will never sleep in to get enough sleep if she's up late. No naps.

Anywhere from 10-12 hours at night (usually right around 11). Generally no naps, unless it is the weekend and DH really wears her out with outdoor play. I wish she'd nap regularly - she could use a bit more sleep, IMO.

My almost 4 yo sleeps from 7:15 or 7:30 to 6ish...so 10.5-11. No naps except an occasional car nap.

About 10.5 hours. She goes to bed at 9 and wakes up between 7-7:30. She occasionally takes a car nap if she's had a really active day.

Roughly 10.5 - 11 hours (7:30 until 6am) and the occasional nap at daycare on non-preschool days. She put herself to bed tonight at 6:45, though! Must have been a busy day at school.

About 10 at night and a 2 hour nap most days. Bedtime is like 9 right now though :/. He's always been a later sleeper, approx 7.

Lately she will sleep 11 hours (no naps). Last Saturday she slept 12.5 hours straight!

Ugh not enough. 8:30pm (sometimes later) - 6am (sometimes earlier). Usually with at least one wakeup to pee. He was the best sleeper as a baby/toddler but that all ended when we took away the pacifier around 2.5.
Naps are inconsistent. Never on the weekend, except some car naps on long drives. Anywhere from no nap to 1.5 hours at school (most common 30-45 mins).

Olive just turned 5 a couple weeks ago. She likes to have 12 hours but her brother often wakes her up. 10 hours and she's cranky! she has always had high sleep needs.

Our 4 year old is at about 10 hours. He dawdles a lot during bedtime. Then, he gets woken up by me or his brother being loud. His brother being an early riser has put a bit of a damper on his sleep needs lately.

When my son was 4, he would sleep 10-11 hours at night straight through. He only took weekend naps.

Maybe 9.5 to 11, depending whether he naps. He doesn't need the naps at all on weekends, but he's a mess if he misses them in day care.

Usually 830a to 630p...so 10? About the same on weekends. Naps occasionally at school--1-2 hours.

9-10 hours at night and a 1.5 - 2 hour nap. I'd guess around 11 hours normally. He has been sleeping from about 9:30 - 7:00 and 1:30 - 3:00 lately.

10.5 hrs. He's hit or miss on naps, so he may sleep a little longer at night if he doesn't nap.

My 4 yr old was never a good napper. She'll very occasionally cat nap in the car. Average about 10 hours sleep. 9 to 7 am. Try to get her down before 9 but it is a struggle and by 8pm I'm done so she'll often fall asleep next to me on the couch. My twins 6yr olds are better sleepers. They get closer to 11 hours sleep 8ish to 7 am.
