Switching from ebf to wcm!
Around one how many ounces was your lo getting of wcm? We are only around 10-12 ounces. DS spits everything out that isn't in a bottle! He seems to think its a fun game to spray milk/water out of his mouth after he drinks unless it's in a bottle.

We don't really measure or actually give much milk at all. She gets milk at school at lunch and in her cup at dinner but otherwise she gets her nutrition from food.

Since 12 months LO has 7oz WCM in the morning and 7oz at bedtime. He uses a straw cup in the morning but we're sti doing a bottle at bedtime.

That sounds about right. At a year you should be at or moving towards 3 servings of dairy a day. A serving of milk is 4oz, so that would be 12oz if he isn't eating any other dairy. Less if he gets cheese or yogurt also.

We never bothered to measure or worry about it. He eats a lot of cheese and yogurt, so I didn't care about the milk intake. I think our ped said no more than 24oz.

That sounds like a good amount. We were probably at around 14-15 oz at that age.

I think they are supposed to have around 2-3 cups (16-24 oz) of dairy a day at that age. Xander usually only had about 10-12 oz like your LO, so we also gave him yogurt to make up the difference.
It also took a little while once we switched from BM to Hemp Milk for him to start drinking more. Now (2 years) he probably has a good 16-20 oz a day.
