@MsBAM: DS always took 4, but I would leave 5. Better to have too much than too little.

Kellymom website has a good calculator. I’ve used that and it helped. However, more is always better!

I found the first few times someone watched LO who was EBf that they overfed her. Not on purpose, but rather if she cried or if anything at all made her cry, they automatically assumed she was hungry. And while it worked, she ended up being fed as much as 2-3x what she'd normally eat. So I left a few smaller bottles to try to discourage them dumping 6+ ounces into her. So in your case I'd leave a few bottles of 4 ounces.

Ds1 took 4.5 and ds2 never took more then 3. I used the one oz per hour to guess how much I needed. Ds2 had 3 bottles for a9 hour gap and ds1 took 2.
