I usually just have time once at lunch time. I'm definitely getting full by the end of the day, so happy to get home and latch the little monster on.

@lemondrop: is pumping once a day at work enough to maintain your supply?

@Mrsbells: Technically I pump more during the day, but only once at work.
I will nurse first thing in the morning while getting ready for work, then pump just before leaving for work. Then I pump at noon during lunch, then get home and nurse and pump again. One last pumping before bed at 11pm or so.
So far, so good! No change in my supply, thank goodness!

@lemondrop: Oh I see... well thats great that it works for you. Some people pump several times during their regular 9-5 day so I assumed it had to be done that way. But you way sounds good to me

@Mrsbells: Not sure if one pumping at work works for others, I would hate to be to blame for your supply tanking or to have you start leaking at work Worth at thought though if you can get away with it like I do!
One thing I do notice, if I think about pumping/nursing, I start to get the letdown tingle. Luckily I am dashing around all morning and afternoon- the only time I get to sit is lunch. If I had the ability to take more breaks, I would take advantage of more pumping time- just know it is do-able
