That sounds like enough to me. When I was in school I had much less than that- 5/6 sets of the daily uniform plus a couple PE uniforms and a jacket. But for a little kid I can see why you might want a bit more.

The only thing I noticed about your list is it seems to have a lot more tops than bottoms, and I don't know if this still holds true but I always see/saw younger girls wearing skorts? They're not always the cutest things though!

@anonysquire: yeah I'm thinking more like skorts being required, but this is more lax than what I had as a kid (and sounds better!) Definitely think you have enough for now though!

my 5 year old starts school next year (5 days a week) and I was thinking that maybe 2 sets of winter/summer would be enough. I generally wash every day so she would easily have a spare set while one set is being washed/ironed.

hers will be -
2 summer dresses
2 school jumpers (summer and winter)
2 long sleeve polos (winter)
2 pairs trousers (winter)
1 winter skirt with tights
2 short sleeve polos (sport)
1 pair shorts
1 tracksuit set (pants and bomber jacket)
school bag

optional - woolen coat and rain coat. They're allowed to wear any style coat, but I got one from amazon in her school colour.

I would do 1 of each especially for just 2 days of preschool. My daughter went 5 days a week (half days) and I did 1 of each and was fine. We switched off wearing dress, polo, tshirt and did laundry once a week.

One thing to consider - do you need to plan to leave a change of clothes at school? If so, buy an extra outfit for each season above what you think you want for at home. Even though she didn't have potty accidents, I was surprised at the number of times my eldest ended up needing her spare school clothes due to getting wet or messy when doing water play, painting, cooking, etc.

That seems like a lot for only 2 days a week assuming you do laundry once a week.
