I know that some people give up caffeine entirely, while others just limit themselves. What do you do?
I've been sticking to my cup a day habit--probably around 6-8oz of coffee with a very generous splash of milk. But I'm wondering if I should try giving it up this month to see if it helps, at least maybe after I O.
I might try to do decaf, since I think a big thing of it for me is the habit of having coffee. Its part of my morning routine. So maybe ill try decaf instead and see if that works. I also don't like the feeling of being dependent on something so I wouldn't mind breaking the habit.
