I started taking Vitamin B6 as soon as I O'd this cycle (a few days ago to try to lengthen my luteal phase (it's been like 9-10 days since I got off BC).

The supplement I got is 100mg of B6, but I'm cutting it in half and only taking 50. I've only been taking it for a few days. Last night when I was laying in bed, I had a weird tingling/numbness feeling on the bridge of my nose. I'm googling now and seeing that can be a side effect from too much B6!

Now I'm freaked out and not sure if I should keep taking it, or maybe cut the pill in half again and only take 25mg.

So... how much B6 did you take for lengthening the luteal phase?
