I just changed the nipples out today. My LO seems to be choking on her milk and we are still using slow nipples. So I think the nipples were just too worn, hopefully the new ones help.
How often do you change the nipple on LOs bottle?

Oh man, at first I thought you meant "how often do you change nipples over the course of a day" or something and I thought "ewww."
We've never upped the level since DS was nursing too.

@sloaneandpuffy: @Lozza: we never changed charlie from level 2 nipples. olive has been fighting the bottle daily which is why i'm going to go up one level.
i don't think you need to increase from level 2 if you're breastfeeding.

hm we changed from playtex drop ins level 1 to dr brown level 1 when Eli was 2 months old because he was getting frustrated at the slow pace- it took him 40+ minutes every feeding! and as soon as we changed it, his feeding time decreased to the normal 20 minutes. Then we changed from dr brown level 1 to level 2 at the recommended 3 months... we are definitely going to change from level 2 to level 3 at 6 months

We changed to level 2 when he was 3 months and probably will just transition to a sippy cup from there.

We were nursing and using breastflow bottles with level 1 nipples then switched to Dr browns. We never went up to level 2 nipples. Maybe I should though, now that we've weaned.

We still haven't changed them, but Baby Y doesn't take a bottle more than a few times a week.
