The boys were there for half a day today and they changed their diapers every hour. This seems like a lot! We change any dirty diaper as soon as it happens, but if it's just wet we change at feedings every 2.5-3 hours. Frankly, in my mind, I'm adding up the cost of 20 diapers in 10 hours five days a week. Yikes!
How often does daycare change your LO?

At least 4 times a day, usually 6 if she poops. Arghh, disposable diaper costs are going up for me!

At the daycare I work at we are required by DPW to check diapers every hour. If they are dry, we don't have have them but we have to physically feel their diaper hourly and at least put them on the changing table and open it up every two hours. It sucks to go through that many diapers, but for us it is part of our regulations.

That seems like very frequent diaper changing, especially when you have to bums to diaper that will add up quickly.

Every two hours unless they know she pooped then will do earlier.

At that age typically every two hours. The only thing I can think of is if there's any law/regulation in your state?
I would def bring it up to them!

every 2 hours. we did visit a daycare that said their policy used to be to change diapers every hour, but parents requested that they do it every 2 hours instead because they were having to replace diapers constantly. and especially with your twins--that's a lot of diapers!

DS hasn't started daycare yet but they said they change diapers every 2 hours, unless dirty...

Ours is about every hour. If dry, they don't change it but LO is champion pee-er, so it's often changed.

Every hour here too! Unless it's obvious he pooped before then 
But they don't check them if they are sleeping, so we tend to go thru about 6-8 diapers at daycare per day.
