My LO is 11 months...about 1/4 of this ends up on the floor because she feeds herself but she eats the rest (& nurses anywhere between 4 to 6 times a day!) I feel like it's a lot of food for someone so tiny.

@Mrs. Sunshine: That's all great stuff for LO, be glad she eats it because sometimes they go on food strikes.

@Boogs: haha my DH is so picky & hates nearly all veggies...pretty soon she is going to catch on want to only eat what daddy eats. I gotta stuff her full of good stuff before that happens! lol

DD is nineteen months and eats about as much as I do some days and like a bird other days.

@Mrs. Sunshine: haha that's more than my 2.5 year old eats! To be fair though, he actually ate a lot more from 9-15 months than he does as a toddler. I think they need it more then.
How much he eats depends on what's on his place: dinner of chicken, broccoli and. Carrots? He'll eat minuscule amounts.
A breakfast of yogurt, cheese stick, berries, and an egg? He'll devour the whole thing lol

She still only eats purées She's 12 months old. 4 oz yogurt for breakfast. 7 oz for lunch (fruit & veggie) and 7 oz for dinner (fruit & veggie). She also still BFs 4-5 times/day.

@Mrs. Pen: yeah, I've actually heard that toddlers eat less than babies. I think it's because they aren't growing quite as quickly

@lawbee11: thank you so much for saying she only eats purees. M is almost 10 months old and has zero interest in table foods.

@ladybee: haha my nephew had no interest in any food at all until he was over a year old! My sister tried and tried and he refused. Our doctor reassured us it was okay- he was still breastfed and that's all he wanted. He didn't eat solids until about 15 months?

@Mrs. Pen: I haven't fessed up to our pediatrician. If it's not a Cherrios or pancake he doesn't want it. Still loves his purée pouches.

@ladybee: She just started eating things like yogurt melts and puffs a few weeks ago. She gags and spits up with most everything else. The ped isn't concerned and said it's totally normal for some babies to take longer getting used to table foods. But it's definitely frustrating!

He's 20 months; yesterday he barely ate and today he ate twice as much at me at every meal. There's just no telling!

My Lo is 23 months and eats more than I do on a daily basis. She is ravenous always.

11 months and totally depends on the day. I can guarantee she'd eat yoghurt, cheese and any form of rice cake or puff until she burst..but other than that it's a bit hit and miss right now!

My LO is 11.5 months, and sometimes eats that much, but it varies a lot day to day. He is breastfed 6 times a day, or three times with three bottles. He ate almost no solids at 9 months, and all of a sudden started eating a ton. He never really liked purees.
