Good idea for a post, maybe a poll?

My eldest was 18 months (toddler bed)... my youngest was 11 months (twin floor bed).

It was late for us, pretty much cause ds never climbed out of his crib or anything. He preferred his crib, even though the bed was in his room, ready to use whenever he wanted. But, once he was starting potty training, I had to insist that he sleep in the twin bed. He still went back and forth, but when we moved in with dh, his crib stayed at my parents house, so he had no choice but to sleep in the bed that dh bought for him.

This girl will be moved sooner...before she's 2, I think. I want to get a king sized bed, give ds our queen, and give dd his twin pretty soon after we finally find a house to buy and move.

@autumnlove: It's an ikea mattress (err, futon?) and just on the floor by itself. I air it out by laying it on it's side about once a week. Will get a frame for it soon now that she's 19 months!
