Let me start by saying C is a pretty good eater- she eats a decently wide variety of foods (for a toddler) and even likes vegetables (frozen, but whatever).

So generally I respect the things she likes it doesn't like, but sometimes she just won't even taste something, which is extra annoying when it's something I know she would like. I would like to get to the point where she will just take one bite of everything offered, but short of holding her mouth open and shoving it in, I'm not sure how to do it.

If your toddler will taste everything, even if they don't eat the whole serving, how did you do it?

Oh and I am not above things like letting her dip her steamed broccoli in ketchup.
