Hi ladies,
I tried to search for the answer but I still am not sure. I have the medela freestyle (saved my life, I loved it so much) and now that I'm expecting baby 2 I'm not sure if I need to refresh it at all?
Do I need to buy new tubing/membranes? Can I reuse the same bottles?

I would just sterilize all the equipment as you normally would. Shouldn't be a problem.

I am reusing my freestyle now. I ordered new tubing and got new bottles but reusing all the pump parts. Also the battery doesn't work anymore bc it was not being used for very long. I use mine plugged in so it's not a problem, but if you use it on the go you might want to order a new battery.

@shortcake: @miramira: thanks ladies! I'm thinking I might get new membranes and tubing just in case 
I'm hoping there's no issue with the battery bc it's my favorite feature not to have to stay plugged in!

@fuzzypeaches: I think I'm going to get new membranes for mine because I felt it was losing suction at the end there. Otherwise I'm just going to clean/boil everything.

I think it depends how much your pump was used the first time around--mine didn't get a ton of use, so i'll probably boil everything. Although I also get another one with my insurance, so we'll see what I get.
