My LO is only 3months old and already eating the max amount of formula allowed (32oz a day). He was, and is, a big baby. He's 26'' tall, and almost 15 lbs.
This past week, he's started crying after his bottle, looking for more. It breaks my heart, but he already takes 8oz in a sitting!
The doctor said at his 2month appt that they normally wait until 4 months to introduce rice cereal, but because he's so big and consumes so much, that he may have to start cereal earlier.
I keep reading all these reports about how rice cereal is just a filler and not good for babies so young. I don't know what else I can do though!!! I hate to see him hungry, but I also don't want to introduce something that isn't going to be good for him.
Any ideas? Anyone else have this happen?
