Ok so I probably did everything wrong when it comes to sleep and now I am paying for it

So DD wakes up every night on the dot an hour and a half after she last woke up. She goes down around 7ish most nights. I have a loose routine of putting her in her sleep sack and turning on her seahorse and giving her her bunny lovey. and paci. Unfortunately some of the times when she is going down is right after I nurse her so she might be a bit too sleepy to really register it all as she usually goes right down very easily. At some point she seems to stir and wake up but manages to fall asleep again before I can even get to the stairs. She only fusses and makes a small noise and is out again. The next time she wakes up is usually around 9-10ish when Im about to go to bed or heading up so I normally nurse her again then to get another feeding in. After that she is up again at 12-1ish and I nurse again since DH comes to bed around then and is noisy anyway and wakes me so I figure one more feeding to tide her over. Then the next time around 2ish is the one Im trying to skip. I have been trying to give her her paci and turning on the sea horse and moving bunny closer to her and laying back down but instead of fussing or whimpering its hard on crying. Sometimes I have to leave the room as her crying causes me to leak and I cant take the noise (she is sleeping in our room still in the pack and play) On and off for an hour or so this will go where she will cry and settle and Ill go back into the room and lay down only to have her wake up within 10-20 minutes crying hysterically again and Ill resettle and maybe leave the room for a bit again. Finally after an hour or hour and half of this I inevitably feed her as its been closer to 3 hours since her last feeding and Im too full and a leaking mess and then she goes down. Then she is up again at 5-6 and I nurse then too because if I dont she is up for the day for good as she wakes herself up with all her crying and hysterics. She will usually be up around 7ish and somedays she is up and sometimes if I pop the paci back in and give her bunny she sometimes will fall asleep again til 8-830 and we are up for the day

So I am sure I am doing everything wrong especially with the nursing and I need help so badly!

Ok so here are some other general notes

She use to sleep 5-6 hour chunks until she hit her 4 month regression at 3.5 months. At the same time I was dealing with weight issues as she was sliding down the charts so whenever she woke I fed her because I figured she was hungry and I was worried about her weight and didnt want to deprive her since she was sliding in weight to begin with. At her 5 month appointment she seems to have leveled off now and is holding steady finally so I feel less anxiety about not feeding her at every waking now. (She is 6 months old and on average she is on the breast at least 8-10 times per 24 hours) but i am sure I conditioned her to some degree to need nursing to sleep and to feel like she does need to eat every 1 1/2-2 hours around the clock because I did it for a few months. At night though I really dont feel like she is feeding much. She usually goes less than 10 minutes most times at night except for maybe 1-2 feedings.

I dont want to stop night nursing all together I just want a string of at least 4-5 hours of sleep. Like if I nursed at midnight and she stayed asleep til 5ish and then went down till 8 I could live with it.

We will be moving her out of the room soon. The reason we havent is because we are working on her room still and also for me Im nursing and rather just roll out of bed and have her right there then to walk down the hall but Im not sure if being so close to her is making the situation worse. either way my husband wants to move her out soon in general.

We cant co-sleep my husband is 100% against it. he is too scared of her dying in our bed and wont let go of this fear so Im not going to push it.

She napped trained herself in that one day I out her down to nap and she woke up half way through but I was stuck in the bathroom at the time and couldnt get to her. She cried some and fell back asleep and since then most days she can nap for close to 2 hours. I out her down awake and she fusses and cries some but never that hard or long and is asleep.
On the other hand though at night she cries hard hard and it goes on forever. I dont know why its so different for her at night but it goes on and on and she keeps waking herself up more I feel as she gets more upset. Why is it so easy during the day but so different at night???

I think she has some separation anxiety issues when it comes to me. At nap time like I said she is relatively easy unless she spots me as Im leaving the room. Everytime she sees me she flips on to her back (she is a tummy sleeper though I place her on her back to sleep she flips immediately to her side or back on her own) and starts to cry hard and hysterically. She does this at night too after I reset her sea horse and give her her paci and bunny. But at nap time she will cry hysterically for a bit if she sees me and then flips over and goes to sleep right after whereas at night she will go on and on crying rolling all over the crib and just not sleeping. Why is it so much easier and different at night? Its the same things but she just cant seem to settle herself at night where she figures it out for naps during the day

Sorry this is so long but HELP!!!!
