If it took you awhile to conceive, how long did it take?

If you count miscarriages then it would be more than a year for #2.

9 months but I ended up going through IVF. It would've been longer if we continued trying naturally.

23 months...almost 2 years.

It took us 2.5 years, but the last few months were unmedicated waiting to start IVF.

Counting a miscarriage and recovery issues, it took 12 months, 7 cycles

It took us 9 months to conceive the first time, the 6 months the second. Finally 4 months and this one appears to be sticking. 19 months total trying...

13 months (8 long cycles and a m/c)

Had an early miscarriage in May 2011, and didn't get pregnant until October 2012. 8 of those cycles were actively trying, the others were NTNP.

12 months, 9 cycles for #1 and 8 months 7 cycles with #2.. All actively TTC.

With T it took 8 months (but I had a miscarriage in there).

Including miscarriages it took us 13 cycles.

It's good to see this thread. The increase of votes on 8 and 9 give me hope. It gets me down to see how long did you try threads where everyone seems to answer within the first 4 months. Good moral booster @littlek:
