I know Mrs Bee wrote an excellent post on this, but I'm curious as to which things worked for people.
Right now I'm taking More Milk Plus and eating oatmeal every day.
My LO isn't spending enough time at the breast and won't take a bottle so I HAVE to make sure I'm producing enough and with her recent fussing about it (brought on by her being put in a Pavlik harness so positioning isn't easy for either of us) and my stressing about it has had an impact on my supply.
Do you have any tips or recommended products? Or are there tablets the doctor can prescribe to help? Thanks sooo much!
