I feel like some of the boy names aren't that weird, not my choice but not crazy weird.
Girl: Moxie Tate
Boy: Kirk Abbott

Sailor Diem - girl (we actually have a cousin named Sailor who is 14 and my best friend's little girl is Diem, so these are not that out there for me haha)
Paxon Scout - haha okay this is a stretch I do love the name Paxton with a T though.

@farawayyama: there is a girl at my work named Monet! When I heard it, I actually thought it was really pretty too!
@LuLu Mom: I was going to say the same thing. I like Paxton.

lol almost this entire list makes my head want to explode! Gah
Valkyrie and Bobo, duh.

Diem Tate
Kirk West - I think this name sounds kind of bad ass!
pomegranate / 3973 posts
Some of the names are really pretty and a few I know of someone with the name!
I picked Novalee Diem and Kael Fischer.
And I kind of love how popular Fischer is on our list... it's my maiden name so might be kind of cool to incorporate!

I could do Valkyrie for a girl and call her Kyrie. That's cute.
Dex for a boy.
grapefruit / 4988 posts
I actually don't mind some of these.
Girl: Esma Tate
Boy: Dex Abbott

@honeybear: the little Perpetua I know goes by Peppi, which is cuter than the "chewy" sound I couldn't get past
apricot / 259 posts
Neveah Primrose
Gryffin Paxon.
Found the girl name much harder than the boys.

I love that Inigo is on the list. How does anyone name their child that without saying, "My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die." a million times a day??? #childrenoftheeightiesproblems
So there are two names that I really like on that list: Perpetua for a girl, and Aristotle for a boy. Perpetua is actually a Catholic saint who is celebrated along with St. Felicity, who is my Confirmation saint. So I like that. I also really like Aristotle, because I was a philosophy major in college. But actually, if we're going for ancient Greek names, I love Agamemnon. I actually know of a guy with that name. It's a pretty sweet name.
Most others aren't my style, but I like the symbolism behind a lot of them. If I had to, I think I would choose:
Perpetua Huxley
Orson Aristotle
Although personally, I'm not a huge fan of either Aldous Huxley or Orson Wells. But I don't hate the idea, especially given that some other authors' and character names (Harper Lee, Atticus, Silas, etc) have really taken off lately.

Girl: Tulip Story
Boy: Remi Dex
Actually, Remy is on our girl name list for our future babies.

@Ra: There's a blogger who named her daughter Willow Primrose. It's not my cup of tea, but whatever.
GOLD / wonderful olive / 19030 posts
@Meowkers: We have a family friend with a little Remi, and she's the cutest little thing ever, she was born 2 days before my youngest!
pomegranate / 3604 posts
Girl
Huxley Primrose.
SO picked Alabama Honey. *eye roll*
Boy:
Abbott Fraser.
SO: Rusty Chap. (srsly?)
Is it just me or are the boys names just not that weird? Like Kirk - really? thats weird?
Heh. I know a Tate and a Ferris (both girls).
GOLD / wonderful pea / 17697 posts
Novalie Monet (I reserve the right to change it to Novalee, and call her Nova for short).
Abbott Fischer or Orson West
GOLD / wonderful apricot / 22646 posts
I actually really like Diem for a girl name!
Probably Abbott for a boy.
Can't think of middle name combos.
pomegranate / 3643 posts
Esma Idalia
Griffin Abbott
Neveah was the oddest to me on the list (because then it's not heaven spelled backwards.) And I didn't think Trixie or Primrose were that unusual!

@LovelyPlum: I like that NN! I quite like Perpetua as a name, but I think I prefer it as a middle name.
While we're on literary references, Mafalda stuck out to me. It's fine as a name, but all I can think of when I hear it is the Ministry of Magic...
@rattles: Peppi is cute! I was thinking maybe Pippa could be a NN? I guess that's sort of a stretch.
pomegranate / 3375 posts
Moxie Esma (girl) and Aristotle West (boy).
Funny enough, Aristotle (Ari) is our boy's name if we ever had one.
cantaloupe / 6669 posts
Another Primrose Tate (or Tate Primrose), and Remi Ferris. Really don't like the boy name but you said I had to
I love the name Primrose but it's off the list because of Hunger Games.
grapefruit / 4400 posts
@mrsjyw: C's middle name is Diem! I love it because it's a pretty Vietnamese name, and it's easy to pronounce in English, and it has a nice Latin meaning.
pomegranate / 3872 posts
Greenlee Tate and Fulton Scout. I loved Greenlee on AMC back in the day lol. These names aren't ones I'd use but I like a lot of them.
honeydew / 7811 posts
Just for the fun of the game I'd name a baby girl Novalie September. The boy names were tough! Maybe Bobo Aristotle?
I actually know a Novalie and a Novella in real life!
grapefruit / 4045 posts
Frooti Alabama and Pi Chap.
Just kidding. Most the names on the list are ridiculous.
persimmon / 1071 posts
@Ra: Wow... this is hard!
Girl: Esma Zane
Boy: Kirk Zyan
I found the boy names to be much easier, there's actually a couple of them I really like and already considered, Kirk being one of them.
