I just wiped off my pump parts with a burp cloth I kept in my pump bag and then put the pump parts and milk in a cooler bag that I kept in my office. Really easy.

The biggest for the pump and flanges and the medium for the milk bags. The smallest for my drink for lunch! All are insulated and I can rinse them and wipe them dry. They are not waterproof though, so make sure your bags are sealed so they don't leak inside. I use thin ice packs and refreezable ice cubes to keep everything cool.

@mfa_lady: I bought the medela quick clean wipes and would wipe down the flanges with those (just used 1 per day)--I also put 2 folded paper towels in my ziplock bag, which would absorb any excess moisture in the bag (and then I had them for accidental spills or sprinkles, haha).

I keep my parts in a ziplock that I rinse out and dry when I wash my parts to reuse. I needed it to be waterproof since my parts are milk soggy but I haven't found a Tupperware that isn't too bulky. This works for now. I keep the bottles and parts in a cooler bag with an ice pack in our fridge. The fridge is probably unnecessary but since there is room I use it!

@mfa_lady: oh, and I also stored my milk and the pump parts in a regular insulated lunch bag in the fridge, because every teacher in the building uses the same fridge and I didn't want the bag to scream, "Pumped milk!". @mfa_lady: 1. I have a clean ziploc I reuse for the clean parts. Then one I wash every night to put the pump parts after I ise them. They then go into the fridge in my cooler bag.
2. Milk goes in a cooler bag with the pump parts in the (shared) fridge. Then I have a ice pack for the transport home.

I use this bag for my pump parts. It is a makeup bag from Target that fits perfectly on top of the cooler in my Pump In Style backpack. I wipe down th parts in between pumps and store in this bag. If any milk drips out, I just wipe down the inside of the bag when I get home in the evening. It is made for cosmetics so it's a great material and has held up well for pumping (I used it for my first round of pumping with my first LO, so I've had it about 3 years now)! I would suggest looking in the cosmetics section for something similar.

As for storing milk, I pump into 5-oz Madela bottles and store with a bottle ice pack all day, then refrigerate or freeze at home.

1. I just put the parts in a ziplock bag and DH washes it out when he washes the pump parts and I reuse it quite a few times.
*** Best pumping tip I ever got: if you are going to spend so much of your day pumping, your partner can spend 10 minutes washing all the bottles and pump parts!

2. I have the medela cooler with the ice pack, i usually put it in the fridge at work, but sometimes I work offsite and it seems to stay cold all day.

@mfa_lady: I also just keep my stuff in a cooler bag and don't use the fridge because our fridge at work is a nightmare. I use two of the Medela ice packs, with one it didn't seem cold enough. I use this lunchbox and it fits 4 bottles, 2 ice packs and my pump parts -
