Did you continue I wear a sleep bra even after you stopped ?
At almost 9 months pp I EP and NEVER leak and never wear nursing pads. But... Still feel like I need a sleep bra. Sleeping without a bra feels totally weird now. Wondering if this is just my "new normal". I used to hate sleeping in a bra !

Nope...once I dried up I didn't wear one. I get too hot when I'm sleeping.

I used to sleep completely topless. When we co-bedded I slept in a nursing tank, and now sleep in just a tank. I'm not comfortable sleeping completely topless anymore, and I prefer the tank top to be fitted (and preferably ribbed). It's weird.

I'm still wearing my night nursing bras and LO is weaned lol, it feels more comfortable for me now....so strange.

I have never slept in a bra, not even right away PP. It just doesn't feel right to me. I had some leaks in the beginning, but not too much. I've always bed-shared with my girls; not sure if that makes a difference. But I would go with whatever feels best to your body. Maybe you could try without and just see if you feel comfortable that way? My breasts are definitely not the same, but I think we are always the hardest on our own bodies. I bet that most people *cough* husbands/partners *cough* still find them to be just as appealing.

@Mrs. Twine: my hubby's only complaint is that they are smaller (while I am praising The Lord above that they aren't so big anymore!) that's a major plus !!!

7 months pp and I pretty much don't leak anymore or nurse at night, but I still wear a sleeping nursing bra or nursing tank. It feels too loosey-goosey to go without - and I've tried!

I stopped breastfeeding over 6 months ago and I still wear a nursing tank or sleep bra to bed. Hate the feeling of going braless now.

I never wore a bra to bed, even in the first few weeks of breastfeeding. Seemed unnecessarily uncomfortable.

I am still sleeping with a bra on. It feels terrible. But it feels weird without one too...
I miss my old boobs. I might try no bra tonight!

Once LO started sleeping long stretches at night and my boobs adjusted and I didn't leak everywhere, I went back to free-boobing. I always felt contained in nursing tanks or sleep bras.
However, I did today discover on my very first real run (LO is 8 months) how important a good sports bra is for larger chested women. I'm was a small B and could buy whatever. Not so anymore - the milk sacks doth protested.

I don't wear a bra and haven't for years. At the end of pregnancy, I was afraid I would need to get one since, you know, huge boobs and whatnot. I was already a pretty good size to begin with. There was a week where I pretty much spazzed out about it. But then crazypreggers stopped and I was like, oh hell no.
I'm almost 8 weeks PP now, breastfeeding and still going braless. I only leaked in the beginning and I was at home and barely had a shirt on to begin with because holygodofclusterfeeding and now I only leak if I go way too long without nursing/pumping. So far so good.
So, an overextended answer of no, I didn't wear a bra to sleep before, I'm not wearing one during, and I probably won't wear one after.

once i stopped leaking so much i stopped wearing a bra. was easier for MOTN feedings. and when i occasionally leak now, i just don't care.

I slept topless up until the night before DD was born. I tried topless PP and woke to a puddle. Ugh. My milk was still figuring itself out then though. I could probably sleep without one but I am still paranoid of leaking. Oh how I would love to be topless again!

I've been breastfeeding for 3 months so far, and I don't sleep in a bra. I've never been able to sleep in one. Too uncomfortable!

It did feel weird at first not to wear my nursing bra but I've finally gotten used to not wearing one anymore. I don't feel as hot anymore!

LO is 7 months and I haven't needed to wear a bra to sleep for a while. I might leak a tiny bit, but I just wear a nightgown.

I was also a topless sleeper pre BFing. after LO was born I wore a bra and a cami with a shelf bra in it... not because of leaks, but because I had super sore nips for the first 3 months or so, and I was scared of moving and brushing them on something!! at like 6 or 7 months PP I was brave enough to ditch the bra, but I still wear a semi tight cami even now that I'm not BFing anymore

Never used to wear a bra to sleep and now can't go without. It's not a leaking issue but a heaviness (?). It just doesn't feel right not having support. DH wishes I would go back to brakes. We'll see after I stop BFing.

I slept nakey before DS was born. But having a winter baby + getting up multiple times per night + leaking like crazy = pyjamas + nursing sleep bra + nursing pads. I couldn't get rid of the nursing bra until after I weaned.

Have been a big fan of the shelf bra type cami. Holds things reasonably in place but doesn't feel too confining. And I weaned in July.

I don't leak and my boobs have been back to normal "normal" for a while now even though I'm still breastfeeding. I still feel like I need a bra.

I stopped wearing a nursing bra at around 12 months. It's nice to be back to sleeping braless!
