Do you dip it for 15 seconds? That's what the instructions say, it just feels like such a long time. Other tests all seem to want you to dip for 3 seconds.

I don't use a fertility monitor but I believe FRER has me dip for 15 seconds for a pregnancy test. I follow whatever instructions are given.

Def follow the instructions. The tests that have shorter dip times have wider tips so they absorb the liquid more rapidly. The ones that come w the monitor are much smaller and require a longer saturation time.

I usually dip for 10-12 seconds because sometimes I get an error message if I do the entire 15 seconds.
