I let him sleep and offer the other side at the next feeding. Our Ped told me to never wake him during the night if he is sleeping fine. I'm dealing with this right now... My left breast is engorged because he slept five hours and he didn't eat long enough to really help it and is now passed out on my shoulder. Back to bed for baby and off to pump for mom so my boob can stop hurting!

During the day I do, during the night I offer it (sometimes even though she's asleep I can get her to latch on) but if she's sweetly dreaming then hell no, it's off to bed and a happy dance around the crib that I can go to bed too : )
