It's Lala's turn to bring snack to school, so I decided on a healthy snack of Quinoa clusters. I found a yummy recipe on Martha Stewart's site, and I've got to say she must take great pleasure in torturing women. The way the recipe is written, you have to toast 3 individual components and one of them twice before you combine ingredients... and she wants you to mince apricots.

Holy messy and inconvenient recipe! I simplified it by toasting all the ingredients together and shaved like an hour off the time.
