What worked for you?
The lactation consultant we saw today could only recommend a stronger pump.

Lots of good, healthy food, tons of water (I drink about 100oz. a day), milk makers cookies, home cooked meals, and relaxing during my pumping sessions. I notice a huge drop in my output on the days that I am super stressed.

All of the above!
Also - lots of skin to skin, unlimited access to the breast, night nursing, comfort sucking. You could also try a nursing "vacation".

Sleep! Water. More frequent nursing. Pumping after nursing (for ten minutes). Power pumps (pump 20/rest 10 for an hour). We went from heavily supplementing for a month to EBF until 6 months when we had to supplement again when I went to work.

I know you have a lot on your plate right now but the WORST thing for milk supply is stress So the best thing you can do is eliminate as much stress as possible!
Plus lots of water and real oatmeal (not instant).

Real oatmeal, lactation cookies & almond milk give me a small boost but I think the biggest help was pumping after nursing with a hospital grade pump, as much as I hated it. I never established a full supply though.

@MrsH: Lots of water, oatmeal, getting enough sleep and fenugreek worked for me. There is also a tea you could try. Also, pumping in between feeds!

I have tried everything, pumping after he nurses to stimulate, mothers milk tea, oatmeal, increase water, etc etc and the only thing that I have notice make a real difference is fenugreek. I take 3 in the morning 2 in the middle of the day and then 3 more at night.

I just started Domperidone today ... Fingers crossed. Up until now, I saw a tiny increase with: pregnancy tea (nettles, RRL, alfalfa, dandelion, and oat straw), and a tincture of fenugreek, goats rue, and some other herbs.
