DS just started in the toddler room at daycare this week and has been doing extremely well! I was worried about his naps but they have gotten so much better since everyone naps at the same time.

I think our daycare is similar to most where it's a sliding scare of cost per week depending on the room they're in. Therefore, the toddler room is less than the infant room. However, I checked my bank account as they just pull from my account each week and noted that I'm still being charged the higher rate. I emailed the director to ask about this and was told that tuition is charged based on the child's age. So the new rate won't kick in for another month when he's 15 months. Does this seem strange to anyone or is this normal practice?
