Hi all, my period is 4 days late and have been TTC. Has anyone had a negative pregnancy test while BF or am I most likely just late? I already took two tests that were negative. Anyone take a while to get a + test just in general even if you weren’t BF’ing?

Are you tracking ovulation? If not I'd go with you just being late. If you are it's still possible to have a random cycle where your lp is longer than usual.
Good luck! Ttc is so hard. We were lucky first cycle with our first and the second took 9 long months. Sometimes it just takes more time

@MamaBear87: I just track ovulation through my app which is pretty accurate within a couple days at least. I compared it with an OPK and it was almost identical. I probably ovulated 15-16 days ago

@MsBAM: if you're only using an app to track ovulation you most likely ovulated later than usual. Even an opk doesn't definitively say you ovulated, just that your body geared up to do so.

onto cycle 6...I’m just worried my BF’ing my toddler is also effecting things and I’m finding it really hard to wean a feed

@MsBAM: we got pregnant first try with our first and it took 9 cycles with our second. So doesn't necessarily mean something is wrong. Sometimes it just takes time. Good luck!
