I'm interested in making LO's baby food at home when the time comes. A friend of ours gave us a giant book with lots of recipes in it that look both tasty and healthy.
However, I will not be SAHM so I will not have much extra time on my hands. I work during the day and lesson plan in the evening so my husband thinks I will be biting off more than I can chew. Is it really THAT time-consuming? How far in advance can you make/freeze things? How do you defrost the food if you do freeze it?
