A couple moms in Texas were told they had to cover up while breastfeeding when at a city's rec center. They complained but the city isn't backing down. They said they weren't preventing the women from breastfeeding and they were within their rights asking the women to be covered.

It was 100 degrees in Texas that day and they started nursing near the entrance to the building, which is why the one woman said she was NIP without a cover, that it seemed cruel to add a blanket when they had just walked in from a really hot day. I usually NIP with a swaddle but I have to say on that hot of a day I probably wouldn't cover either. I always thought I was within my rights to make that choice, anyone know the answer?
