I've never ever had my temps raise like this so now I'm confused lol and got my fingers crossed.

I'm hoping the second rise today is implantation I'm feeling super crampy in the middle lower of my tummy above pelvic bone

It kind of looks like it might be, but it seems like it's probably too early? Both times mine was triphasic, the second rise happened around 9-10 DPO.

I think it's still too early to tell, it's looking promising though.

Too early IMO. Also, 4 DPO is too early for implantation. 6 DPO is pretty much the earliest possible and 9 DPO is average. Could also just be a fluke? Good luck!
